A stage-by-stage guide: by Lancashire garden design

 
Initial Consultation ~  Free, this includes.
a site visit,
Informal chat getting ideas on what you would like from your new garden, (all aspects of your garden)
Take dimensions,
A written estimate, includes materials used, features within your new garden, references an address and contact numbers if required
Please note when getting an estimate from someone else ? make sure that it includes all of the above.       

 Designs are not always needed, I can also use a design done by a third party

Site Survey

 I will take measurements of the garden areas to enable me to produce an accurate drawing of the finished design.

 
Concept Drawing

Using our shared ideas, I will then prepare a detailed pencil plan of the finished garden. The plan will be drawn to scale and include all the features and ideas discussed at our initial meeting.

 
Working with your Drawing

Incorporating any necessary amendments to the original Concept Drawing, this detailed inked drawing is the blueprint for your new garden, and the plan from which the building contractor will work.

 3D

 this lets you see your garden before work begins (not available when drawing by hand only available with computer aided designs.
